Apply batch write-offs to remaining balances due across different client ledgers
Add new feature that allows me to apply multiple write-offs in bulk to remaining balances due from a single page, instead of having to apply each one to individual invoices from separate ledgers. This would let me apply a batch of client or insurance write-offs for different clients.

Separate client amount due and insurance amount due when viewing ledger grid
When viewing the client's ledger, separate the Balance Due by the client's balance and the insurance balance.

Mark claims "paid" on the client Ledger
When insurance payment is entered manually and the claim is marked "paid" on the submitted claims page, it would be beneficial for the "paid" status to show on the client's Open Invoices page. Right now it says "submitted" on the client page even after insurance payment has been entered.

Add access to client General & Clinical Documents
The Client Portal has the client intake forms submitted as a pdf file to the General Documents section of TN, but the app has no way to access the document storage portions of the EHR.
Ultimately, the app is of very little use unless you have a therapy session with an existing client and do not need to access any documents at any point of the session. (Which you have no way of knowing.) If I ever need to access any of that information, I need to open a browser window on my ipad and get it that way, so…

Display session number in progress note
Number the notes for us so that we do not have to manually count how many sessions we have conducted with our clients? This helps with certain insurance groups that limit our sessions. Thank you!

Edit existing referral sources
I'd like the ability to edit my referral sources. Right now, I can only archive a referral source, but if their place of work changes, or their name changes, or I want to add information about them, I have to archive and create a "new" referral source. It would be much better to be able to edit them.

Display the day of the week in client Appointment History
It would be really helpful to see what day of the week a client has appointments in the "Appointments" page of their client account. Instead I have to go back and forth to the calendar to verify what days of the week they come in.

Include pre-defined list of interventions for progress notes
I would like the interventions list that is available in the creation of the treatment plan be moved to the progress notes where I would be able to select which intervention that I used for that day. It would simplify the notes that I complete.

When my treatment plan is up for review, allow me to write a review summary for the current treatment plan rather than editing the old one or writing a whole new one.

Ability to manually mark a claim as submitted
There are times when you have to print off a claim and fax/mail it to the insurance company rather than submit it electronically. There is currently no way to track this in Theranest. It would be nice to be able to manually mark a claim as submitted without actually submitting it electronically.
