Allow me to add multiple client signatures to clinical notes. I work with children who may have parents and stepparents and I want to be able to capture all of their signatures.

Allow canceled appointments to display as available time slots
Automatically turn a cancellation to an available appointment slot. Allow edits to current availabilities/time slots- I have to delete the available appointment and then create a scheduled appointment for the same time. Different colors in the calendar for available time slots for easy identification of an available slot.

Clarify "Notes" Text Box Purpose on Appointment Window
Entering progress notes is not intuitive for staff. They immediately think the "Notes" text box is where progress notes should be entered. It is suggested that the title of that box be changed or clarified (like note related to scheduling -not progress note) or something that makes the user realize it is not the progress note. Second part is maybe a link from the appointment directly to the progress note (the same way it links from the agenda).

Individual service type for group clients
It is very cumbersome to have 1 billing service type for everyone in group. Different clients are billed differently. EG- std pmt is $40, some should be billed $0,some reduced @$20,etc.
When invoices are auto generated then we must delete all those that have incorrect billing amt and manually generate invoice for correct service pmt type.
This is very common problem anytime the group has members sponsored by differnt entities besides themself.1 vote -

Our practice sees a lot of different groups. It would be helpful if we could organize them, categorize them, or provide some type of label so we can filter the group list to only see a subset.
