I would like to have the option of generating an automatic attendance certification for my patients. Most of my patients are children and they need a certification to be excused from school.
It should include:
Name of the provider
Information of provider
Logo of the organization
Name of patient
Date of appointment
Time of appointment
Digital Signature of provider

This feature also needs to include company logo or be able to appear on company letterhead if possible. Should look professional. Automatically save a copy of the note to Client Documents when printed. THank you!!!

This would be a great feature I was just going to suggest this feature. As of right now I am copying a note we made in office and just adding my name to it since the providers signature is already on it.

Yes - the EHR I am leaving had this - one click and form created - print and sign. When you work with children this is requested a lot. Custom form in theranest would be fine if it could be made to populate with info needed. I changed EHRs don't take away the nice things I left behind!

Yes, I'm switching from Therapy Appointment to Theranest and this is a feature that I will miss.

This would be a great idea. Something simple that you could either print or have it e-mailed to the client, but it auto-populates with information such as:

- Client's name
- Therapist
- Session Date / Time
- Type of Session
