  1. Don't create a new case when navigating to notes

    If I navigate to a client's notes and there isn't an open case, don't create a new one. I may only be looking at the notes to review notes from a closed case and I don't need a new case created.

  3. Remove demographic fields in TheraNest & Client Portal

    Allow me to remove some of the demographic fields that are displayed in TheraNest and the Client Portal. There are some fields we don't need to capture (e.g. Religion).

  4. Report on credit card deposits

    Create a report to match up the transactions in the Credit Card Charges report with the actual deposits that show up in our bank accounts.

    Since the deposits and credits appear in lump sums, it's difficult to match up the transactions with the deposits/fee debits.

  6. Allow the same title in different text boxes in custom forms

    I need to reuse the same title for multiple fields in custom forms, but I can't. For example, to track a client's success at using different coping skills I want to be able to have a form that looks like this:

    Coping Skill: | Success:

  7. Translate TheraNest into other languages

    Include Spanish language for notes and treatment plans so Hispanic patients and Hispanic professionals could read and answer the questions such as client's portal, etc Thanks

  8. Permission to allow staff member to remove their own signatures from signed notes

    Have a permission setting to allow a staff member to remove their signature from signed progress notes. Sometimes they need to make edits to correct typos, etc. and right now they have to reach out to an admin, which is a hassle when fixing small mistakes.

  10. Custom appointment reminders based on service type

    It would be very helpful to allow for custom reminders based on the type of service instead of just one generic reminder. For example, we offer individual therapy, but also have providers who conduct school observations or attend IEP meetings. It would be helpful if we could have a custom reminder that lets parents know a provider is observing their child at school so they just need to let us know if the child is sick that day. We would then have a different reminder email that would go out to individual therapy clients whom we are actually expecting to…

  11. Turn off notification options for supervisee/supervisor review

    It is annoying to receive many notifications that my supervisees have completed a case note. I would like to be able to turn the notifications off.

  16. Therapy resource library

    Allow organizations to upload documents to a resource library that may contain therapeutic exercises, worksheets or articles for use by all the therapists in an agency for their clients. It would be great if we could also be able to download and print them and send to clients through the client portal.

  18. Filter Agenda & Calendar by appointment status

    I wish there was a way you could filter the calendar by status type.

    As well as having set up so that each staff members appointments fall in a column order not sporadically in the calendar for ease of use. As this becomes difficult with places with multiple locations.

  20. Referral Management System
