  1. View appointment notes on agenda

    We use the "notes" field in the appointment details screen to leave messages for the admin or therapists about what payment to collect at the time of the client's appt. It would be helpful to have the appointment detail notes visible on the agenda

  2. Display insurance name and ID on client contact card on Agenda

    Our providers often use unique billing codes based on insurance type. This means a provider often has to navigate to the client details screen and then the “Insurance Info” section to view this. It would be so much easier (and fewer clicks) if this could be displayed alongside the client’s name on the agenda screen.

  4. Add process notes page

    It would be helpful to have a tab that is designated for process notes that can be labeled as separate from the rest of the medical record. These notes are more detailed by the therapist and are more protected under HIPAA.

  6. Add a paid column in the client ledger

    There is only a written off and total amount. For our practice it would be helpful to have the Paid amount. The written off is an insurance write off and not what we in actuality took in. I would like a Paid Amount between the Total and written off

  9. Filter calendar by room and display room availability

    Room calendar and availability would help our staff to see which room is available. If for example one therapist is out, he could remove his name from that room and someone else would be able to use it. Pretty much what we are looking in is to see room availability on one page.

  10. Include signature line for custom forms

    Allow clients/caregivers a way to sign custom forms. When creating a custom form there isn't a way to add a signature field.

  11. Move the location of the Get Help button

    The Get Help button is in an inconvenient spot. I suggest it be moved to the left side or middle bottom of the screen so that it does not cover up the Enter Notes or signature buttons. I keep hitting it by mistake.

  12. Report on estimated monthly income

    I'd like to see what my estimated intake would be each month based on the clients I have scheduled in my calendar. This feature would be helpful with budgeting and predicting income streams.

  13. Incorporate reason codes on ERAs

    If you could also show the reason codes for denied or adjusted claims on the uploaded ERAs that would save us from having to go back and forth to our processor. Thank you!

  14. Allow group notes to be entered for all clients at one time

    It would be helpful if we could enter in one note for everyone in the group, point/click to add the clients in the group (because it is different each time) and add specifics next to each person in the group if needed.

  15. Send appointment reminders to multiple contacts

    Allow me to send appointment reminders to multiple phone numbers and/or email addresses. Some clients that are children may have divorced parents and both want to be alerted that their child has an appointment.

  16. Automatically set appointment duration based on service type (Calendar & Client Portal)

    When patient (or provider) makes appointment for patient, the calendar slot should auto match in length to the service selected (45 min, 30 min, 60 min). Having an auto time select based on the service length selected saves time and prevents the patient from accidentally or unintentionally over/underbooking the length of time.

    Inversely, Clients are able to schedule an hour intake in a 30 min time slot. The portal needs some parameters to prevent this.

  17. Automatically mark submitted claims to paid claims w/o us lowering the amount we bill the insurance.

    Please try to automatically mark the submitted claims as paid, when the ERAs are downloaded in Theranest. We have to manually update these claims a few times on different pages so that they will show up as paid.
    I know that if we bill the amount that we contract with the insurance, these claims are updated automatically, however this is not recommended since it will prevent future increase in rates.
    The way the current system works, takes a lot of time and it is confusing.

  18. Room Number Syncing To Google Calendar

    Our practice has been using “location” to specify which room, since we have only one address (it’s a building and suite number). Now that you offer a drop down for room # we can change the location function to the address and specify the rom # under “room.” However, when you sync the calendar with Google calendars the room number does not appear on the google calendar.

  19. Increase file size limit in general and client documents

    Increase the limit for the file sizes I can upload to a client's general documents and clinical documents so I can upload files that are larger than 10MB.
