Add ability to merge duplicate cases
If a second case has been opened for a client it would be nice to be able to merge it with the old case.

One of the main issues that I have noticed is that there are cases notes that are opened by accident and there is no way of merging it together.

How do I transfer those notes over to the individual case so I don't have to rewrite a bunch of notes?

yes, second cases sometimes get opened accidentally

Take off auto-feature to make a new case. New cases are created by administrative/billing staff trying to print off a note and it is not yet in there/was closed. Make an "add new case" section only manually.
