Add face ID for logging in
The process of logging in on my phone or ipad's web browser and then getting to the features that are necessary in that moment (viewing calendar, scheduling, client's details) takes so much time. I don't know if in the meantime, there is a way to make logging in this way work with face ID? This would help immensely

Add DSM criteria to presenting problem in the initial assessment
It would be great to have diagnostic software that would have the DSM criteria for diagnoses that you could click on and it would upload it to the presenting problem area.

Subtract from staff billing when refunding client
We use the staff billing tab to pay our staff on a monthly basis. Therefore, it would be helpful if there was a way to subtract an amount from the staff billing when we have to pay back a client for an overpayment in their copay. At this time, there is not a way for Theranest to subtract amounts from the staff billing. It would be most helpful if you could add this feature.

Allow clinical documents under the Staff profile to be downloaded in bulk.

Individual service type for group clients
It is very cumbersome to have 1 billing service type for everyone in group. Different clients are billed differently. EG- std pmt is $40, some should be billed $0,some reduced @$20,etc.
When invoices are auto generated then we must delete all those that have incorrect billing amt and manually generate invoice for correct service pmt type.
This is very common problem anytime the group has members sponsored by differnt entities besides themself.1 vote -

Allow one click access to the agenda while still maintaining the calendar view with the default view.

Display a status for client portal forms to display the stage in which the form is in.

Better handling of billing groups
We host processing groups that are billed on a subscription basis (monthly). Each group also has 2 facilitators.
We need to be able to create a group of clients, and charge each of them different amounts, but only charge them once a month. Then we need to be able to split the total group revenue between the 2 facilitators. This would be a huge help to our process.

View DOS and invoice number for unapplied payments from an ERA
When an overpayment is received through an ERA and it gets applied as a credit on the client's ledger, there is not an easy way to identify what DOS or invoice number it originally pertains to without copying the number and searching in the Paid and Processed tab for each one of them.

Add functionality that allows Users to highlight certain words with Notes for emphasis and as a reminder to discuss a point with a client.

Allow me to click and drag to re-order my default intake forms. It's hard to use the arrows.

Clarify "Notes" Text Box Purpose on Appointment Window
Entering progress notes is not intuitive for staff. They immediately think the "Notes" text box is where progress notes should be entered. It is suggested that the title of that box be changed or clarified (like note related to scheduling -not progress note) or something that makes the user realize it is not the progress note. Second part is maybe a link from the appointment directly to the progress note (the same way it links from the agenda).

Allow canceled appointments to display as available time slots
Automatically turn a cancellation to an available appointment slot. Allow edits to current availabilities/time slots- I have to delete the available appointment and then create a scheduled appointment for the same time. Different colors in the calendar for available time slots for easy identification of an available slot.
