    Please allow the time to be changed to military time format instead of the AM/PM method.

  2. Only print selected checkboxes in dynamic forms

    When adding checkboxes to a Dynamic Form, only print the checkboxes that were selected. Right now all of them are displayed (selected and unselected) which can mean we're printing a lot of pages.

  3. Choose how often billing automation features run

    Allow me to choose how often the billing automation features run. Currently they run every night, and we'd like for them to run more frequently so we can get claims out the door faster.

    It would save time if we had the ability to type into the "Insurer" dropdown when adding a new insurance to a client profile. This way we don't have to scroll through all of them.

  8. Allow ERA to auto process with posted client payment

    When you automate ERA processing, an ERA will not auto process if there is a client payment posted to an invoice. Our practice collects copays and coinsurance at time of service, so the vast majority of our invoices have client payments posted to them.

  11. The option to pull the Total Uninvoiced Amount by Kept appointments

    The customer would like the Total Uninvoiced Amount column to pull the totals by Kept appointments or at least the option to pull only by Kept Appointments. The customer does not want to see the uninvoiced amounts for Canceled or Rescheduled appointments.

  14. Select "sex" when adding a payer to a client

    When I'm adding a new insurance for a client, if I've forgotten to add the client's sex to their details, then it won't let me save the new payer. Sometimes I fill out most of the fields, but then have to lose my work because I have to go back and fill in the "sex".

  16. Select "sex" when adding insurance to a new client

    Please let us pick the legal sex of the Insured instead of having to input it into the Client Details page first, OR let us save the information we already input on the Insurance page instead of losing all data because we have to pick the legal sex on the Client Details page first.

  20. Allow org admins to set a staff's calendar preferences

    The director should be able to set calendar preferences for staff. It would be much quicker for one person to be able to set this up than training and waiting for each staff member to do this on their own.
