I would love the ability to generate a report that includes Date of service, Client name, Rendering provider, CPT, Insurance and co-pay without the need to add an invoice.

I also need to pull reports of the PHQ9, PHQ2 and GAD 7 to be able to provide outcome date. This is a trend in MCO and state requirements.

YES! Being able to filter or query the database to pull specific information needed is vital moving forward.

In the CLIENTS SERVED report, we need the first and last name in individual fields along with the EMAIL ADDRESS of the client so that we can send the annual required GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE. Being able to add customized fields to reports would also be helpful!

For liability purposes, we like to follow the standard practice of destroying files after 7 years. We have more than 20 therapists on our team (and are growing), so this is important for us. First of all, we’ve discovered that it’s not easy to delete a client file. One has to unarchive it and then delete everything within it before it can be completely deleted. Is there not a different button you can add such as “Destroy Client File” that would allow the entire thing to be deleted more swiftly?
Additionally, having a way to easily track WHEN we can destroy files would be helpful. We know under Additional Details you have an Intake Date feature. Could you add a “Termination Date” or “Date of Last Contact” or something similar feature? Then, could there be a report we could run based on that date (like you have for Clients Intake)?
At the moment, we can search Active Clients by Last Appointment Date. But, this doesn’t appear for Archived Clients. Could you fix it so we could see that information for Archived clients without having to Unarchive them?
Another feature that would be very helpful would be some place where we could checkmark whether a client has an abuse report since we don’t ever want to destroy these files.
Finally, it’d be helpful if we could run customized reports selecting various points of data that we want to select. -

Better yet create an API that allows us to securely access our data so we can programmatically create custom reports and automate the process of capturing certain data on a schedule.

YESSS currently I have to merge multiple report exports and being able to pick my own fields would be AMAZING.

I would love to be able to run a customized report where I get to choose all of the columns for the report. They could be pulled from multiple sections - billing, forms, appointments, etc. For example, I want to create a custom form and be able to run a report that combines the form answers, demographic information, and the number of therapy hours the person attended.

Urgently need a report like the current Demographic Analytics report with daily Session date choice. Ability to choose daily Session dates in addition to Intake date. Ability to choose all demographics of the clients seen, legal sex, age, race, gender, city or town, state, type of service.

Reports need to have separate fields for first and last name of client and of staff. Reports need to have data in individual fields. The Detailed Attendance report puts more than one set of data in each column. It is impossible to use this report in a database. All data must be in it's own column and we need to be able to select which data to report

Ability to customize a report. Seems like a basic function that an accountant or bookkeeper should be able to access. We cannot use the basic reports to pull necessary data for our workflow and auditing process.

I think that being able to run demographics for insurance type, or custom reports would be very helpful.

We need to be able to include the insurer information when we run the Session Units report.
Additionally, having the possibility to customize all reports would be extremely helpful! -

The reports that are in the system do not have enough parameters to choose from. I would like to be able to choose what fields the report is pulling, like a standard accounts receivable report found in other systems or to be able to design my own reports.

A report with date of first session, client name, and email address so we can easily add new clients to our newsletter list.

A report where I can choose billing by service date that does not automatically force me to also see services that were only paid during that time frame, even if billed differently. Accural bookkeeping.

Please add a feature where we can run client reports on custom intake forms that we create. Essentially, pulling data from all clients who fill out an intake form and being able to say, "x number of clients said yes to this question" etc.

Please add a feature to allow client numbers instead of names on reports for HIPAA compliance concerns. Thank you!

I would like a report of service types that aren't associated with a client (for example, I want to know how many times I've used "personal", "ceu/training", "drive time/travel," etc. I tried and it's only showing for client attached appointments.

Custom reports that can include demographic information, service dates, dx codes, etc... in order to get the most from the reporting. Allow us to generate the reports based on need for reporting and run it as an excel or PDF report.
