Include pre-defined list of interventions for progress notes
I would like the interventions list that is available in the creation of the treatment plan be moved to the progress notes where I would be able to select which intervention that I used for that day. It would simplify the notes that I complete.

Why is this taking so long? Other EHRs are doing this at no additional cost.

It would be great if there was a method to have the goals auto populate in the progress notes and then you could highlight with issue is being addressed that day. also the same thing for the techniques - have general ones available and the ones listed in the tx plan.

Allow each practice to upload and update a list of smart phrases to use in progress notes per the practices needs. Example: (1) Client seen for *** skilled session focusing on ***. (2) Client participated in mindfulness activity needing *** assist to initiate task and verbal cues to attend to the end of the task.
(***) would represent the part that the therapist would need to fill in to make the note individualized. This would help create uniform language used by the therapist and across the practice and help keep documentation concise.

This type of feature would help to make interventions in notes easier and would be directly tied to the treatment plans for clearer notes.

Yes, therapy notes has a similar feature where we can just check a box of what interventions were used in the session along with a check box option for recommended plan for future sessions. this would be a super helpful feature to have on theranest.

I would like to have a feature where I can add interventions I have used in session, and then every time I create a new note, it lists all of the interventions I have previously used. Sometimes it is difficult to look back through notes to determine if we have already used a certain technique or intervention.

We are leaving SO MUCH MONEY on the table because the therapists aren't comfortable writing their interventions in a text box but could so easily pick interventions from a list just like on the Treatment Plan. ALSO having a pick list or check box identifying rationale for 90837 codes. TheraNest already has this option in the Treatment Plans so they don't even have to re-create the wheel here.

This would make life so much easier as well as allowing for check boxes for goal addressed in that session, if safety plan reviewed, if referrals made to community services (and box to indicate to who), if treatment plan reviewed, qualification for length of session

I would also like to be able to add new interventions at any time on the progress note and have them stay on my personal list of interventions to choose from with any client.
Therapy Notes provided this as a drop down list which I could easily click on with any client. I want my progress notes to reflect what has actually happened. This is important to me for the integrity of my notes.

To be able to auto populate treatment goals into my customized progress note.

1. Ability to add drop down boxes to Interventions.
2. Ability to subtract credit card charges from contractors' monthly payroll totals.
3. Information in top half of Treatment Plan save so that I do not lose it when I add goals.
4. Ability to create customized forms with drop down boxes. -

I think a pre loaded intervention list would be beneficial in the progress note just like it is in the treatment plan.
