I would like to be able to remove client phone numbers from the weekly calendar view. This would enable me to easily see any note that I may have attached to an appointment.

When in weekly calendar, there is too much detail on the appointments. Don't need to see all the code / co-pay detail, and can go to agenda to find that detail. It is clunky in weekly view and would like the option to see simpler information (e.g. just name and appointment time)

I would like to have a Calendar view preference where you can hide the Client's phone number in the Weekly and Daily views to have less clutter and be able to see the Notes attached to sessions. Having the client's phone numbers appear on the Calendar is unnecessary. If I need someone's phone number, I can click on their name, the same way I would get their email address or any other information. However, I do often utilize the Notes feature attached to appointments, which is currently not visible because the phone numbers are in the way. Thank you for your consideration

If I set my preferences to only include client initials, then allow me to also remove the client's phone number from the appointment block.

It would be very helpful to have a feature to remove all PHI from the calendar view, including phone and email.

I second Centre for Psychotherapy's comment. Hiding the clients' names maintains confidentiality, but leaving up their contact info does not. I would love to have a feature that allows us to hide both. Thank you!

Allow me the option to hide the client's contact number(s) that appear on the appointment block.
