Status for forms sent through the Client Portal
Display a status for client portal forms to display the stage in which the form is in.

Add an additional portal form option of "started" or "opened/accessed" instead of just sent or completed. Forms are often not saved and sent to the client's profile even when submitted, so this would help to know what to tell a client when they stated they have completed the forms.
