View all missing progress notes
When running the Missing Progress Notes report, allow me to easily view all progress notes that are missing. Right now I have to rely on a date range and I may be missing some if I don't go back far enough.

Add progress note DOS in activity log when addendum added
When a provider adds an addendum to a progress note, include the date of service of the progress note so I can know which progress note I need to review.

Better handling of billing groups
We host processing groups that are billed on a subscription basis (monthly). Each group also has 2 facilitators.
We need to be able to create a group of clients, and charge each of them different amounts, but only charge them once a month. Then we need to be able to split the total group revenue between the 2 facilitators. This would be a huge help to our process.

View DOS and invoice number for unapplied payments from an ERA
When an overpayment is received through an ERA and it gets applied as a credit on the client's ledger, there is not an easy way to identify what DOS or invoice number it originally pertains to without copying the number and searching in the Paid and Processed tab for each one of them.

If I'm using my mobile device to access TheraNest, have the relevant app pull up if I click the client's email address or phone number so I can contact them without having to copy and paste their information.

Discharge client from group
It would be helpful if we could discharge a client from a group. Currently, when a group case is closed, it is closed for all clients who have been listed in that group.

Run a daily billing report without invoices
I need to be able to run a report to include Date of Service, Client Name, Rendering Provider, CPT Code, Insurance and Co-pay.

Make it possible for there to be sub clients.
It would be so helpful to be able to send one invoice for multiple clients. I have one facility that I bill for 6 different clients and I have to treat them all as individual clients. It would be ideal to have them all bundled together for billing and invoices.

Automate invoices based on start date
We just started the automated invoiceing, so far we like it, but we would really like to set a start date. So we started doing our billing in house on April 1st, We would like to set it as that, so if I delete an invoice from a ledger, it doesn't go back and try and pick it up to bill out again!

Allow pre-included interventions to be deleted
There are several interventions, such as "weight control/loss," that we don't use, but can't be deleted. They make it more difficult to find the interventions that we've added and use frequently.

supervision
Please make all documentation part of the supervision review process, i.e., add send for review and add to the review queue. It's unnecessarily time-consuming to try to sort through which clients have assessments, treatment plans, etc. ready for review and signature.
Additionally, it would be great to be able to "send" the notes back to trainees for review when there's feedback with needed edits.

Update insurance for future date
Allow me or my clients to update their insurance information with a future start date and then have that insurance kick in on that effective date. This would be very helpful for clients who are changing plans for the New Year.
