    When viewing the Agenda, show me which notes have been submitted to my supervisor.

  2. Multiple Type 2 NPIs

    Allow me to add another Type 2 NPI to my organization and choose which NPI is submitted to a payer. Right now I have to create a separate location for each payer to make sure they get the right NPI.

    Allow me to create groups for staff members so that I can quickly filter to that group on the calendar to send a practice chat message to a specific group.

  9. Modify multi-staff appointments for all members

    After creating a multi-staff appointment or event, a block gets created on every member's calendar. If I want to delete the event, I have to delete each one individually, but I may want to edit, or delete the event for all group members.

  11. Add face ID for logging in

    The process of logging in on my phone or ipad's web browser and then getting to the features that are necessary in that moment (viewing calendar, scheduling, client's details) takes so much time. I don't know if in the meantime, there is a way to make logging in this way work with face ID? This would help immensely

  13. Improve the group notes workflow

    Improve the workflow to create a group note for the group and progress notes for each client in the group. Right now it takes too much time to complete the notes and I have to jump to different areas.

  17. Add DSM criteria to presenting problem in the initial assessment

    It would be great to have diagnostic software that would have the DSM criteria for diagnoses that you could click on and it would upload it to the presenting problem area.

  18. Subtract from staff billing when refunding client

    We use the staff billing tab to pay our staff on a monthly basis. Therefore, it would be helpful if there was a way to subtract an amount from the staff billing when we have to pay back a client for an overpayment in their copay. At this time, there is not a way for Theranest to subtract amounts from the staff billing. It would be most helpful if you could add this feature.

  20. Add appointment staff to claims awaiting submission

    Allow me to see the appointment staff from Claims Awaiting Submission so if I have a question about the DOS or need the progress note completed I know who to reach out to.
