Instead of having to switch between the availability tab and the other scheduling tabs, I'd like to see my availability in a lighter color so I can make sure I'm scheduling in what I have listed.
This helps the user see what is available without wasting a step in going to a different tab. Using one view to see everything helps me manage my time better.

As an admin, it would be nice to have the Advanced Availability be seen on the "staff schedule" rather than a separate tab. The therapists are already color coded, but if their avaiability could be "greyed out" so that we can easily see when they have an open appointment time and then just click the time that is available and set the appointment.

Love the new Advanced Availability feature -- However it would be a ton easier having it show up on the therapists actual schedule and colored a different color than their assigned color (maybe in a gray) showing that the time and date are open. Right now you have the tabbed "availability" but for office admins its much easier to see the days schedule and see the "availability" on the actual schedule.
