I would like the ability to hide or remove tabs in the Client's profile as well as Cases that are not relevant to my practice or I don't use. For example, we don't bill so I'd like to remove the Bill To & Insurance tab.

Allow ERA to auto process with posted client payment
When you automate ERA processing, an ERA will not auto process if there is a client payment posted to an invoice. Our practice collects copays and coinsurance at time of service, so the vast majority of our invoices have client payments posted to them.

The option to pull the Total Uninvoiced Amount by Kept appointments
The customer would like the Total Uninvoiced Amount column to pull the totals by Kept appointments or at least the option to pull only by Kept Appointments. The customer does not want to see the uninvoiced amounts for Canceled or Rescheduled appointments.

Select "sex" when adding insurance to a new client
Please let us pick the legal sex of the Insured instead of having to input it into the Client Details page first, OR let us save the information we already input on the Insurance page instead of losing all data because we have to pick the legal sex on the Client Details page first.

Add transportation company and phone number to the client's details. We need to know this for children who have not been picked up. We also need to know this for adults under guardianship.

Allow org admins to set a staff's calendar preferences
The director should be able to set calendar preferences for staff. It would be much quicker for one person to be able to set this up than training and waiting for each staff member to do this on their own.

Add staff email as an available placeholder for reminder templates
Allow me to include the staff member's email address in the appointment reminder templates. If one of our clients needs to reach out about their appointment they need to reach out to the staff member directly.
