Allow clients to change the "Service Type" when rescheduling appointments from the client portal.

When rescheduling appointments, it currently only allows the user to change the date and time but not the Service Type. If a provider utilizes multiple service types for one client, when rescheduling an existing appointment with one service type, it would be helpful to allow the user to also change the Service Type upon rescheduling. Right now, the user has to reschedule with the existing Service Type, then cancel that appointment and add a whole new one with the different Service Type to capture the change accurately.
