Don't allow staff to record credit card payments
Allow me to turn off the ability for staff members to record credit card payments because all credit cards should be charged through our integrated payment processor.

This "record credit card payment" option creates terrible, unnecessary confusion where clinicians believe there was a payment but there was no payment. "Record" is not clearly differentiated from process or charge.
