Appointment reminders for staff members
Allow me to enable appointment reminders for our staff members so they get reminded about an upcoming appointment with a client.

This would be helpful email or text. Just a review of your next day the night before. I work for an online company that sends it out and it is very helpful

I would love to see a feature in TheraNest that would highlight in red, or some other color, or would somehow alert me, or any clinician when a NEW INTAKE or NEW CLIENT for any service is ADDED to my agenda. I know it's my responsibility to check my agenda daily, but I am only human, and if I am used to my agenda and scheduling I find it easy to miss an additional client scheduled the day before, unless I am specifically alerted.

I would like to have the option to send multiple reminders for client's that book appointments in advance. For example, 4 days before, 2 days before, 1 day before, 6 hours before etc.) We should have more than 2 options and should be able to send a reminder message manually anytime we need to.

Agree. Also to be able to select the initial reminder sooner than 24 hours ahead to give people time to cancel in enough time to avoid a late cancel fee.

it would be helpful to include a "reminder" option and be able to select a certain time for the reminder to pop up. ( for example, selecting "two hours before" and having a reminder pop up two hours prior to a selected appointment )
