Agreed - would help to see only kept sessions so I can easily complete commission reports. Also being able to export the calendar into a CSV would be helpful.

It would be helpful if there was way to filter Calendar View by appointment status. This way I could look at multiple staff calendars and see their appointments by status.

It's really hard to see my availability at a glance when the calendar is littered with cancellations and rescheduled spots. I don't want to have to see those! Yes, they need to be documented so the practice's owners can track cancellations and such, but that doesn't mean I need to still see it on my calendar. CALENDARS ARE TO SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING, NOT WHAT ISN'T ANYMORE

When I'm in the calendar I don't really need to see who has cancelled. (I don't allow portal cancellations so it is always me that does it so I'm not surprised by a cancellation). It just bogs down the theranest calendar, the agenda, and my synced calendar in icalendar. It would be nice if there was a way to filter these out so I can just see who I am expecting to see today/this week.

When a client cancels an appointment there needs to be a way that the appointment time can not show the cancellation anymore but still retain that info on the client detail page. It is confusing , and as I scan for availability for a therapist I am looking for open white areas. When it is rescheduled or cancelled it needs to go to the client detail page under appointments for tracking info of a client, but it does not need to be on the calendar anymore.

I would like to have the ability to hide cancelled appointments on the calendar for a couple of reasons:
- The calendar view is cumbersome when cancelled appointments are not hidden. Though the red "cc" next to the name is helpful, I would still like the option to hide them. Especially since there is already a filter function on the calendar, seems like this would be a natural addition.
- When the calendar syncs with Google Calendar, for example, it does not distinguish between active and cancelled appointments, so cancelled appointments continue to show up on a Google calendar as if they are active.

when apts are deleted off the calendar for being cancelled the history for that cancelled apt is not saved in the clients file. it would be nice to be able to keep the history of the deleted apts because we have to delete them in order to book another apt in its place to be fully visible

It would be great to print the agenda without the cancelled appointments.

Filter appts on calendar to show only Cancelled/ No Show/ Rescheduled or Show only Kept/Upcomming appts. Being able to select which filters we would like to be able to see.

Do not show cancelled, no show or rescheduled appointments in the calendar. But still display them under the clients appointment list.

Yes, please provide an option to hide rescheduled/cancelled/no-show appointments from the calendar view. We use the calendar to determine which offices are available and it is confusing when appointments appear that have actually been cancelled.

I print my daily agenda and it prints all of the appointments regardless of whether they are cancelled, rescheduled, etc. It would be great if we could have the option to not include these when we print the agenda to save time and supplies.

Agreed. It is challenging to see the current appointment list or review past calendar if the appointment is still listed.

It would be great if there was a view choice in the display area of the calendar to hide "no shows," "cancellations," and/or "reschedules."

Have a filter on the calendar that allows us to show or hide Cancelled/rescheduled appts ONLY. Also a filter that allows us to hide appts and only show available openings.

Being able to filter appointments by primary location (billed, kept, canceled, no show, late cancel). We have 2 locations, so it would be helpful to be able to keep track of these for each location.
