Add service type to appointment reminders

Allow me to include the service type in text and email appointment reminders.

    It would be helpful to include SERVICE TYPE as a tag to be included as an option in the appointment reminders. I now have my Service Type labelled as Office: Therapy Session or Telehealth: Therapy Session, etc., and it would be helpful to be able to have this included in the appointment reminder.
