Allow contact to still access secure messaging if archived
If a client is archived but the client is a contact of another client, allow them to still access secure messaging for their contacts.

Sharing TX plans with clients & clients virtually sign tx plans
I want to be able to have clients virtually sign their tx plans instead of me asking them if I can sign for them. Along with that, there is no easy way to share the client's tx plan with them. This should be able to be one of the documents that we can send clients, or at least have them be able to sign into theranest and quickly/easily review it if they want.

Change "save & next" button on the client portal
When a client fills out an intake form on the client portal, the "save & next" button looks disabled even though they can click it to navigate to the next form.

Allow me to select the Telehealth forum without subscribing to Telehealth when creating availability
As a therapist, allow me to select the Telehealth forum when creating an availability block even though I don't subscribe to Telehealth so it's easier for my clients when requesting Telehealth appointments on the Client Portal.

Show which providers have availability on the client portal
Allow clients to see which providers have availability on the client portal. Right now, they have to select a provider first but that provider may not have availability by the time they can see their calendar.

My organization has turned off the client permission to reschedule/cancel sessions in TheraNest, but as a provider I would like the option to opt-in.

Collect contacts in the client portal
Allow me to collect information for a client's contact network (either through an intake form or the Client Portal) and have that populate in their Contact Network in the application.

Update icons on the Client Portal
Can you change the "Billing and Insurance" icon on the client portal? If I'm trying to give clients step by step feedback on how to update that info, I'd literally have to say "Click on the dollar sign".

Add Organization Staff to Client Portal Secure Messages
When sending a Client Portal Secure Message, add the ability to CC, BCC, and/or forward the message to other Organization Staff members.

Allow new clients to search by specialty on the Client Portal
Update the Client Portal experience for new clients to search by a provider's specialty. New clients usually don't know which therapist to book with. They are looking for a therapist to address their specific need.

Allow phone keyboard settings to apply to secure messaging
If my phone's keyboard settings, such as auto-capitalization, auto-correct, spell check, are enabled then have that carryover to secure messaging when composing a message from my phone.

Show intake forms individually on the client portal
If intake forms are sent as a bundle, show each form individually on the client portal instead of as a bundle. Sometimes my clients get overwhelmed and fatigued when they have to go through each form before signing.

Allow archived clients to access portal for contacts
If a client is also a contact of another client when the client is archived still allow them access to the client portal for the client they are a contact for.

Change "submit" to "request" when making appointments on the client portal
When a client schedules an appointment on the Client Portal, change the "Submit New Appointment" button to "Request New Appointment" to make it more clear the appointment is a request and needs to be confirmed by the provider.
