Allow archived clients to access portal for contacts
If a client is also a contact of another client when the client is archived still allow them access to the client portal for the client they are a contact for.

We should not have to pay for archived clients to be accessible just because their child is now receiving services.

Please enhance the client portal where all features (forms, insurance & billing, appointments, and calendar) except "Inbox" are grayed out if an archived Client is also in the Contact Network for active Clients. And within the Compose box for messaging only the active clients are listed as options in the "Client" field.
Otherwise, if a client, who is assigned to another client's Contact Network is archived, they must create a new Contact account. Thus, they are duplicated in the system and will lose access to prior secure messages for their Contact Network.
