Our clients are saying it's difficult to compose portal messages when using their mobile device. Make it easier for them to compose messages so we don't receive incomprehensible messages.

As an administrator, I sent a message to several clients but they were unable to reply because I was not assigned to the clients in TheraNest.

Add Organization Staff to Client Portal Secure Messages
When sending a Client Portal Secure Message, add the ability to CC, BCC, and/or forward the message to other Organization Staff members.

Allow phone keyboard settings to apply to secure messaging
If my phone's keyboard settings, such as auto-capitalization, auto-correct, spell check, are enabled then have that carryover to secure messaging when composing a message from my phone.

Allow me to revoke a secure message in case I accidentally sent it to the wrong client.

Reword undo appointment confirmation email
When a client requests an appointment online and I accidentally accept or decline it and then undo it, the "undo" email is confusing because clients don't realize the appointment is still unconfirmed and they need to wait for a follow-up.

Allow new clients to message staff
If a client signs up via the client portal but a staff member hasn't been assigned to them yet, allow them to still message someone in the office in case they have any questions.
