Allow clients to be able to see when there is a credit to their account in Theranest. Often a refund is not financial sound for the business because I have already paid the credit card processing fees and so I make use of being able to have a standing credit on their account in Theranest. It would be helpful if the client could see this credit though.

Display client name or intials somewhere on video session so that I am sure I am in the correct session. I have, on occasion, accidentally clicked the wrong session link; only to find that the client has been waiting and I was in the wrong session.
If the client initials or name was displayed somewhere on the video session, it would help those times where I accidentally clicked the wrong link, but did not realize.

Messages sent to and from the client should be **automatically** saved to the contact log. I just had a medical records request and had to manually (one by one) add all the messages sent back and forth to the contact log. It was a major time killer. Currently, I save the message when sending or upon receipt; but for the times I forget, it would be easier if these messages were automatically saved to the contact log records. That is where they should be and will be used for future purposes/record keeping anyways, so this just streamlines our work.

    PLEASE!

Strongly Agree! I have been drafting a message and stepped away; or accidentally pressed something that toggled me away from the message I was typing - and then it was all lost simply because there is no draft saved of the email!

Differentiate Initials When Clients Have same initials. When two clients have the same initials, some differentiator needs to be added to be able to tell them apart in calendar, when clinician has elected to use initials only in their synced calendar outside of theranest.

offer the option for clients to upload documents to their portal on their end. This would be helpful for a number of things (id card, insurance card, therapy journaling content, etc.) where the client needs to send me something confidentially. Otherwise, I am left to email (not confidential).

Would really appreciate a fill in the blank format for intake documents. Not all of my intake paperwork easily fits the short or paragraph answer format. My Authorization for Release of Confidential Information form, for example, requires fill in the blank format. I have tried to adapt it to fit the options in the portal, but clients just get confused about how to fill it out.

An alternate option (I don't think it exists yet) is to offer the option for clients to upload documents to their portal on their end. This would be helpful for a number of other things (id card, insurance card, therapy journaling content, etc.) where the client needs to send me something confidentially. Otherwise, I am left to email (not confidential).

It would be nice to have the ability to create individualized reminders for certain clients. All of my clients receive a reminder of their session 3 days prior, but I have a few that request additional day of reminders. Currently, I just have to set a reminder for myself to send them a separate email; or schedule send a few in advance, but it would be nice to be able to add an additional appointment reminder to a single client.

Eligibility check should yield the following information: is the plan active? am i an in-network provider for this client? do they have a co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible and if so, what is the amount?

The eligibility check in Theranest provides none of these detailed pieces of information that is typical of what an eligibility check should yield.

PLEASE bring the app back! It was insanely useful and an important resource!! Other platforms continue to offer an app and it just seems standard at this point. If no app is being offered, then my subscription service fee should decrease. Conversely, I’d be happy to pay an additional $30-$50 per year on my annual subscription in order to have a mobile app (android and iPhone)

I have tried navigating the desktop site via my phone and it is an exceedingly poor user experience, particularly as I know the ease of use with the former mobile app.
