When scheduling and appointment for a client add a note that client can see with the appointment. Ex..."Please remember to bring your folder for this session.

I would like to be able to turn on appointment reminders for those that want them. I don't want to have to turn them all on.

If there is a feature on the calendar if the person does not need to be notified of appointment. Sometimes I have consults with parent or client not present that are billed as case consultations. The parent does not need a reminder for this appointment.

It would be great to be able to customize the time of the reminder, what the message says, the way(s) the message is delivered, and how many times it is repeated.

This is the right answer. Provide client specific functionality.

Allow therapists to easily write in their own stuff. Most of the stuff generated does not apply to clients--it is NOT, individualized, which means we need to check, then go back and delete.

I would like to see two separate places where you can tease out how a person wants a reminder sent vs. what methods are okay to contact them.

Attach an appointment reminder to each client that allows us to send them out the same day we put them into the system.

Unless I missed it once I turn on text reminders it is on for everyone. I only have a certain percentage of people I would want to send reminders to.

Is there a way to add a feature so individual clients who do not wish to receive appointment reminders (but otherwise DO want to be able to receive emails from therapists) can have their reminders turned off? Maybe an option in the client details that allows us to turn off appointment reminders for this client?

Definitely! This is one of my biggest frustrations with TheraNest!

Ability to choose what type of reminder each different client would like to receive (email, text, call or multiple).

For example, many of my clients don't mind if I email them, but do not want email reminders. "Do not contact by email" does not mean the same thing as "Do not send email reminders." So far, I have only checked "Do not contact by email" to avoid email reminders. I have never checked it because a client doesn't want me to email them.

Is there a way to set it up to send text message only to certain clients who would prefer that option rather than email ? It would be great it we ca set it up individually for each client, to have that option to click on as needed per client.
