Agreed! I forget to look at my tasks so they're usually missed and I'm not alerted. The whole point is to be reminded of what's due. Please link this to our alerts.

I agree with the others. I would like to be notified in some way of tasks that are due. And another suggestion: if we assign a task to a specific client, put some kind of notification on the chart itself-such as a flag or something similar we will see when we open that chart.

YES! "Tasks" are not useful otherwise! A text, email, some sort of notification option!

I would like to suggest making the Task List more intuitive. Perhaps having the task list turn bold when there are outstanding tasks. Also having it notify you of outstanding appointments that need to have their attendance/status, notes, and invoice completed. Rather than requiring that we put the task in to be reminded of it, just have it populate for us with our to-do's.

If I have a task that is due, have a pop-up reminding me to complete the task when I log into TheraNest.

Agreed. These tasks just sit and still require initiation from the clinician to remember they are there, etc. Please create alerts and allow us to set the alert frequency, occurrence, like setting alarms on our phones.

It would be great if dated tasks in the My Tasks list would notify me as the therapist by email when a date has come due as well as allow me to say "remind me tomorrow / in a week / etc."

I would like to suggest something for the Task tool. I notice it does not have a time component on it nor does it have the ability to alert the person of the task. For example, if I put something on the task menu, I can look at it every day and see what I need to accomplish. But I would like it if it gave me an option for the time and date and would send me some kind of reminder notification.
Also, as the admin part of business often times we are reminding our clinician's/providers of things that need to be completed. It would be a nice add on if we as the admin could add a task to the providers/clinician's task list.

Please add alerts/reminders for tasks. The task idea is great, however most people who are likely using this feature are also ones who will struggle to remember to check their task page. Alerts would be extremely helpful.

Please give notifications in the Alerts tab for when a due date for a task upcoming and when it's due!

Allow users to receive email alerts after meeting with clients that reminds them to complete their note by the end of the day.

Have task reminders show up in alerts section, or make due date for tasks visible on only that staff person's calendar (ie, a drop down like what's done when creating a new appointment).

As it is now, it's easier to make an appointment that's not connected to a client than to use the tasks feature

It would be great to be able to see my task list at all times. It would make it much easier to complete client related tasks with a consistent external cue

With regard to the newest "My Tasks" feature, it would be immensely helpful to get a notification in the "alerts" area when tasks are due. It would also be helpful for administrators to be able to assign tasks to certain therapists.
