Show preview of dynamic form
It would be great to have a "Preview" feature added to the Forms designer, and/or a "Client Portal View" mode, so the form designer can see exactly what the form will look like when published, and what the client's view is when using the Client Portal.

Allow me to preview Intake Forms from how the client will see them on the client portal.

I agree. This would be so helpful. I have no idea what the formatting I'm choosing looks like when it's laid out.

Yes, this feature is still very much needed all this time later

This is a really old suggestion. I'm surprised you haven't moved on this yet - especially since almost ALL of your competitors have this function. I actually almost went with Therapy Zen over this. Luckily (for Theranest), they don't have expanded gender options. But please, do include this function soon.

Allow me to preview a form so I can see it as the client sees it.

Display a short preview of the first few filled out fields from custom forms so it's easier to know which form to select from a list. For example, if the first field on my form was "Favorite Ice Cream" and I entered "Chocolate" then on the list view I would see "Form date: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM PM, Favorite Ice Cream: Chocolate..."

Show a preview or have an option to show preview on the custom form within a case. these forms are used multiple times and it is difficult to know which form to access without a preview.
enable us to view/print the entirety of the custom case forms as we can do with the progress notes.

For custom forms... when I want to look back at them, the only option seems to be to click on edit. Adding a view option or the option of simply clicking on the record to open and view would be helpful
