Allow clients to upload files to the Client Portal
Allow clients the ability to upload files into the Client Portal, such as copies of insurance cards. It would be great if the files they uploaded displayed in the client's General Documents section in TheraNest.

It would be helpful as part of the intake process if the client could upload their ID and the front and back of their insurance card into the system.

Allow clients to upload their insurance card and Drivers license. I have had too many clients that will send that info over email without me even asking. While it is helpful to have a digital copy to avoid delays in payments, if there are online only, I have no way to gather that info (hipaa compliantly)

Add area in Client Portal for end-user clients to upload images/documents for Client Identification (required) and Insurance Cards (optional). Each field should be separate uploads. Insurance Cards should have multiple upload fields for primary, secondary, and additional insurance plan cards. Once uploaded, files should be saved in the client's "General Documents."

This feature has been requested for several years by now and no progress has been made, especially when other EHR systems allow clients to upload images of their insurance cards. This is a necessary feature in this time of tele-health and HIPAA compliance.

CLIENT PORTAL: Allow clients to upload documents (photos / PDFs) to the portal. Particularly, it would be great if clients can upload a jpeg of their insurance cards.

Add ability for clients to upload documents through portal (versus secure messaging). This would allow clients to send image of insurance card and other relevant documents that aren't captured in intake or dynamic forms.

A NEW YOU COUNSELING CENTER, PC
The provider would like the option for the intake forms to have the ability for attachments and also from the client portal side.
The provider also states when filling in insurance member ID it does not allow letters only numbers to be involved and would like this feature to be addressed as well.
Thank you so very much have a wonderful day!

Is it possible to have a method where Clients can upload documents themselves to the portal? We must collect copies of the insurance card and picture ID/proof of residency. Right now, my process is to request it through the messaging tool as this is private information. If would be great if I can send consents and they can even have a prompt after signing consents to upload it. Or from the patient portal a tab to upload your documents and they drop right in to their chart.

I would love it if you would have the capability to let clients upload a photo of their insurance card on Theranest. Simple Practice has this feature.

Allow clients to upload photos of the front and back of their insurance cards, either with their intake paperwork or in the client's profile, so the provider has easy access to all the information on the card.

Please add a spot in the client portal that requires client's to upload a photo of insurance (front and back). It's good practice to have a copy in case I need to call or if client gets ID number jumbled.
Also, have the authorize payment to provider option automatically yes unless otherwise marked. Clients don't seem to know to check that to yes. -

This feature should 100% be added! It's like pulling teeth to get client IDs & insurance cards prior to the scheduled appointments ever since we started using the client portal! They can't seem to understand that we need them to fill out the paperwork in the portal but then email the copies of their cards separately. It would make life much easier if they could just do it all from the portal!

Clients being able to add an image of insurance card directly to the portal. We require clients to email an image of their insurance card, front and back, that we upload to client documents. We would like for clients to be able to upload this directly to their facesheet via the portal.
