Offer and support a mobile application
Continue supporting the mobile application because I like the convenience of it when I'm not near a computer and a mobile app is easier than using a browser.

The app is a necessity! Using the browser on my phone is a nightmare. It is not mobile friendly. The calendar is terrible. It doesn't even show the date of each day. It doesn't scroll down appropriately. If you try to delete a repeating event, it just takes you to the client's details page, so I have to do it on my laptop. Every other EHR has a useful app. Why doesn't Theranest?

I would love it if you guys could get your mobile app back up and running. When I tried using it before, it had some bugs where it wasn't saving my stuff. But I think that's the only thing I can think of that could improve your service!

The mobile website is awful! The calendar doesn't show the individual dates, so I have to guess. It also doesn't scroll down with the dates. Further, it won't allow me to cancel repeating appointments; it just sends me to the client details page. Please reinstate the app!!!

Bring the mobile app back. I used it daily to check my schedule and look up contact information for my clients when it was not convenient to use my computer.

Please bring back or develop a new mobile app that can be used on smartphones. It was so helpful to be able to easily access schedules and client contact information on the app.

The web app is useless. Very frustrating. This is a basic service that should be provided and is negatively impacting my practice yet again.

I really miss using the mobile app that used to be in existence years ago. I try to use the Web App as you guys recommend, but it's always so buggy on my phone. Back when the app used to work it was 90% of the theranest that I used (scheduling and writing and reading case notes). I've been trying to except it over the last few weeks because the app stopped working but it's extremely difficult and I really want the app back.

I gather that you don't invest in app. anymore. I was using it to check/schedule sessions. It wasn't perfect, but it was still convenient. Now I cannot even log on to my app. since you stopped hosting it. Simple Practice still has one and so should you.

Just wanted to provide you with some feedback. We are a group of 26 providers and have been with Theranest for over 10 years. I have been asked by other groups if we have been pleased with Theranest. Recently, I have stopped recommending it. The slow speeds and times that it goes down altogether happen too frequently. Today, with you stopping support of the phone app gives yet another reason why Theranest is becoming less desirable over other products on the market today. Most other platforms, such as Simple Practice provide a phone app. Most of our team used the phone app to quickly and conveniently enter progress notes, Dx codes, etc. between appointments. It's not always easy to pull up your laptop and enter these things when you have less than 10 minutes before your next appointment. Pulling up the full version on your mobile phone isn't user friendly either. The app was clutch for us each day and made the day more seamless between appointments.
On behalf of our group, I would like Theranest to reconsider this decision. The convenience of this feature alone is enough for us to pursue other platforms.
Sincerely,
Lee Smith

I am surprised that this hasn't been suggested yet, but it would be nice if I there was a therapist app.

Please bring back and update the app. It is not very user friendly to use in the browser on the phone. I have tried to use it before and just tried using it again now. I have to scroll down to see the appointments and I can't see the full client name. It also takes me many more steps just to get in. I have to pull up browser, scroll to the bottom of main page to sign in, then when I get to the agenda page it is wonky, so then I need to go to the day page to even see who is scheduled.
I have been using the app frequently as a way to schedule clients without having to have my computer out ,where they can look over my shoulder and see other clients names, which is a HIPPA violation. It is also very convenient when I am on a virtual appointment to then schedule on my phone. When I went to update my phone recently it no longer works.
To be honest this may make me switch to a provider that has an app I can use. As this was something I use several times a day and really enjoyed as a feature.

Many clients prefer to use text messaging in this day and age. It would be great to have a better way for people to do this from their phones via an app. Signing into the client portal on a phone web browser is a difficult experience, so most clients don't want to bother with it. This would also make appt scheduling easier.

It would be nice to have a mobile app for clinicians and patients. No, it is not available on Apple products so I am unaware if you only have it available to Android in certain "regions." It probably would resolve so many issues people have with telehealth and making payments!

The "mobile-friendly" version of Theranest is in no way friendly. The calendar doesn't even show the date of each day. It only shows the beginning date of the week. It is difficult to see on a phone and not easy to navigate. I loved using the old app, which is why I joined Theranest. I still use it for some of the old features but it needs to be reinstated and updated.
