This is one of the most common data entry problems that clients make and that we need to manually correct. Adding a Data Validation rule that requires a two-letter abbreviation or a drop-down list with the all the possible correct state and territories abbreviations would prevent this.

This would be very useful as then I could see and respond to unconfirmed appointment requests quickly with a glance and a click/tap to respond while I am already in the calendar. This would eliminate the more cumbersome task of having to repeatedly click back and forth between the Unconfirmed Appointments layout and calendar layout for each unconfirmed appointment listed. This is the biggest pain point of my experience with Theranest. Thank you for posting this!

This would be very helpful. We currently manage a "Standby List" manually, which consumes staff time, that could be automated. Also, an automated system would provide more convenience for clients.
