Add setting when staff member is not accepting new clients
It would be nice for clinicians to check a box that took them off of the Therabook system for new clients but allow existing clients to request appointments. Currently the only way is to deny the new client's initial request for an appointment. This has the effect of misleading loosing potential clients.
If this feature were added, clients could be notified by Therabook that the counselor is not accepting new clients at this time. This would be kinder treatment of new clients.

A way to block new clients from scheduling when a clinician is not taking new clients. Existing clients, however, would be able to still schedule.

This would be so helpful. I don't want to turn off my client portal because my existing clients use it, but I need new clients to choose someone else in our group as I am waaaaay too full!

Allow an option to not allow new clients to schedule through the portal but allow current clients to schedule. This would remove a therapist who is full from the list that appears to new clients when clicking on our website to schedule as a new client but allow current active clients to keep scheduling online. Right now it seems there's only the option to allow or not allow scheduling online.

It would be great to have a button/notification to let the therapist communicate with administrative assistants/schedulers that they're accepting new clients or not.
