Add client photo to their case. This way their is verification of identity.

It would be beneficial to have an area where the client's profile photo could be uploaded and show in the client details page.
1) Super helpful for front desk in identifying and making clients feel safe and seen
2) Helpful in making sure we're seeing the person who matches the identity being presented, esp if questioned by legal authorities to verify the identity
3) Helpful for therapists brain connections to clients and their notes, another mental notifier of the client being worked on when in the system

I truly need to have a way to add client photos to their confidential file, with the excess of 500+ clients that I treat on a yearly basis, referrals made, court appearances, etc. This is an URGENT matter!!!!

Yes, please, adding profiles photos of clients and staff. Good for many reasons, including accommodating how different staff think best. Having the client photo thumbnail on the left when in the client file would help visual-thinker staff catch it if they were in the process doing something in the wrong file, etc. Especially useful for sibling clients with similar names, haha.

It would be nice to upload the client's picture in their file and the picture opens on the left side with the other menu items. We have so many clients but it helps to have a picture to remember them...Doctors office and dental office are doing this, we should too.

Yes, to prevent insurance and/or ID fraud, especially when more than one person is to see this client (e.g., clinician, nurse, receptionist), a pic is vital, and it should float to the left, under the Bill To & Insurance link, which would make it "on top" most of the time. Thanks~!!

Adding a profile pic next to client's name

Hello, we would like to add a client's photo to their profile and have it pop up when you click on the client info. This will allow counselors and front desk staff to easity identify clients in the waiting room area and upon check-in. I notice many doctor's offices are adding this feature to ensure HIPPA compliant practice!

I need to be able to add a photo of my clients to their records as I will be adding additional staff soon and on occasion they will need to cover for each other. It would help the therapist to be able to identify the client and parent in the waiting room if they could see a photo.
