Client’s now have deductible and coinsurance fields available on the “Bill To & Insurance Info” tab in the web app, as well in the client portal.

commentedIf we could request auth or confirm benefits from theranest - if linked with a clearing house of course would be so helpful. Also, maybe if this were possible, it could automate the copays and deductibles, etc.

Barbara Homrich commented Yes! Please...this is a huge problem in our group practice as well!

Keicha Christiansen commented Yes please. We have several therapists in our practice. Having a place to enter deductible and coinsurance amounts would be so helpful.

Barbara Homrich commented This is so necessary...3 box3s-co payment, deductible and co insurance

commentedCreating an insurance invoice that reflects contracted amount plus co-pay and then being able to reflect that the client paid the whole amount as the deductible has not been met without creating client credit.

commentedI love that there is a box to put in client co-pays, however, it is often that a client has to reach a deductible before they can begin paying that copay. It would be nice if there were an option where we could filter the $ to collect at check in that would show on the calendar to apply before the deductible. This could even be filtered by service type - so if a client is scheduled for 90834 we could note in the system that with this client's insurance it will cost 89.72 if the copay has not kicked in and 90837 will be 95.22 and 90791 111.12 or whatever.

commentedI regularly have to tell the receptionist what somebody owes because there's only a co-pay box on the agenda and if I put the deductible amount in that box, it freaks out the clients who think they have a co-pay of $134.51. There needs to be three boxes. "This is your co-pay. This is your co-insurance and this is your deductible." Not only on the "bill to and insurance info" page but also on the agenda so the reception can provide accurate information.

commentedAnd need coinsurance to calculate base on service type given. Each service can have different charge amount, each appointment can be a different service type.

commentedOn the insurance billing screen you also need a box for deductible and coinsurance. Most patients don't have a copay. 90% of them have a deductible and a coinsurance after that and there is no place to put this info in. Thank you!

commentedI can't find it either and it's been over a year. It would be helpful if when a task is completed the tech team would provide a link to instructions on where to find the feature or whatever.
