An error occurred while saving the comment Most, if not all,, of us who own private practice groups would prefer a change in how using the telehealth group is billed.
Presently, if only 1 staff member is utilizing groups, we are forced to pay for that service for all staff. All or none.
Please consider charging a smaller fee per provider to allow more groups to utilize this service fairly. When providers are pushed to use zoom, they are even more frustrated with TheraNest. And Customer retention is good business, right?!

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be nice if there was an auto reply option for duplicate apt time requests. Instead of me having to type in "This appointment time has been taken, Please select an alternate day/time to schedule your appointment" if a similar message could appear! Or maybe have this as default with an option of "other" where the clinician could type something more personal. It would save us time at least several times a week. Minutes add up! Thank You!

An error occurred while saving the comment It is very cumbersome...sometimes I have to go to the other case note for reference, to have the documentation all together world certainly be more efficient.
Efficiency is a primary reason docs like/hate specific EMRs. Helping us to to be more efficient is helping TheraNest business :) -

An error occurred while saving the comment This definitely needs to be updated. It happens often, after 3-4 sessions, the patient then reveals something important that needs to be added. Would also be useful during episodes of relapse to update a Treatment Plan (required by State Licensing for Substance Abuse cases).

Yes! This would be great to either have the actual office background or our logo as the background.
