An error occurred while saving the comment Jennie Wilson commentedWe would like to see this too. It would be very helpful that if in the Add New Client Box, for whoever has access to add new client, to also send a client portal e-mail. It is difficult that the only users who can send client portal invites are those with admin privledges.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennie Wilson commentedThis would be a great idea. Something simple that you could either print or have it e-mailed to the client, but it auto-populates with information such as:
- Client's name
- Therapist
- Session Date / Time
- Type of Session -

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennie Wilson commentedI really like (and need) this feature because the insurance companies we bill to, require us to be specific.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennie Wilson commentedI would like to see more flexibility in the staff permissions check list. While I like the lump options, for my office, those don't always work. For example:
My biller: I would like to be able to give her access to CPT codes or diagnostic codes and other vital parts of what goes on the claim so she can make sure everything is running smoothly.
Credit cards: I would like for my clinicians to be able to run credit cards for their clients at the time of service. RIght now in order to do that, I'd have to give them access to all billing, which would bog down their screens with things they don't need. It'd be nice to have them have the option to run payments.
I would like our administrative assistant to be able to accept credit cards, and run basic reports.
There are others, but those are just a few off the top of my head.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennie Wilson commentedAgreed. I would love to see something where we don't have to create an individual account / file for each person in the couple or the family. It would be easier if they could be as one.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jennie Wilson commentedI could see that this would be helpful for families. I don't want to have to create new accounts for each of the members of the family. Specially if it's a larger family.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennie Wilson commentedI am a play therapist, I also work with teens. Parents will bring in something that happened over the past week, and I normally attach it to the progress note, since it was discussed during session. Or, when working with children, many times I need to attach something the client has written, or a picture I took of their art work, etc. It would be great, to be able to attach it to the progress note, instead of putting it in a different area.

Agreed. It would be helpful to have an area to see the list of clients that have been invited but have not logged in.
