It would help to be able to enter refunds into the ledger for situations where the therapist refunds to a client an overpayment such as too high of a copay. While this can be tracked offline, not being able to reflect it in Theranest results in an incorrect Superbill for such situations. Thanks!

I agree it would save a lot of time if Theranest would post the check number of the insurance payment when processing the ERAs on my behalf. Right now I spend a lot of time going back into the ledger details and opening the payment so I can add the EFT/check # into the Notes.

Agree. Also to be able to select the initial reminder sooner than 24 hours ahead to give people time to cancel in enough time to avoid a late cancel fee.

I agree. It seems that if some time were devoted to letting users create their own reports it might reduce the development team's time on new standardized reports as we'd all be able to address our own needs. Something with lots of flexibility would be great. For example, list out all the data fields and let users move them around in the desired output format. (Think pivot tables in Excel.) Thanks!
Note: You could include a pop-up warning verifying that someone is intentionally entering a negative number to prevent people from accidentally doing that. Also, this could apply to any payment method. Thanks!
