  1. Remove reply-to email when sending invoices and statements

    Remove my email address as the sender when I email a superbill or statement to the client. The sending email is a "do-not-reply", but it lists my name and email address as the "reply-to" email so clients reply to me.

  3. Implement client survey tool to capture feedback

    Allow me to send my clients a survey to capture their feedback about their treatment at a certain frequency (e.g., I may want to send these surveys after every session, when their case is closed, etc.).

  7. Visually differentiate between individual appointments, group appointments and non-client events in the Calendar

    I need a way to easily see at a glance what kind of appointment or event I have on my calendar, whether it's for an individual, a group, or a non-client event like an office meeting.

  9. Edit CMS 1500 form

    Allow me to edit and save changes to the CSM 1500 claim forms. Some payers require certain options to be highlighted on the form in order for it to be processed. The only way to do this is to manually edit the claim after it's been denied and resubmit.

  10. Send secure message alert to client's secondary email address

    It would be great if the email sent to clients alerting of a secure message could be sent to both the primary and secondary email addresses on file in TheraNest. This would be especially helpful for minor clients with divorced parents.

  13. Create new report for declined credit card charges

  14. Display transaction details for payments throughout client Ledger

    The client statement has a column for the transaction description that includes details about the payment number and the type of payment that was received. After charging a credit card, I have no way to go back and know which card was charged when they have more than one on file. Please show the last four digits on the payment history and /or the receipt.

  16. Add address field when adding household members to a client

    When working in a client's details and adding household members, allow me to also notate their address. Sometimes a client has divorced parents so their address may not be the same as the client's address.
