  1. Create notes for therapists I supervise

    As a clinical supervisor of supervisees working within our group as employees & also graduate student interns, it would be nice to have the ability to create supervision notes for the staff I supervise.

  2. Require diagnosis on Initial Assessment

    If the diagnosis is not entered into the "Initals assessment & diagnostic codes" tab, clinicians can still write and sign their notes, however, a barrier/alert populates when we try to bill. This leads to having to remove signatures and sending requests to the clinicians to enter the diagnosis. Can an alert populate that forces a diagnosis to be entered before moving forward with documentation?

  8. Differentiate clients with the same initials

    When you have the "Show only client initials in Calendar and staff email alerts" setting enabled, it shows the first letter of the client's first and last name. If I have more than one client with the same initials, I can't tell them apart when this setting is on.

  9. Separate insurance credit from client credit in client ledger

    It would be helpful to have an insurance credit option along with the clients credit. Currently if there is an insurance credit it goes under clients credit which throws therapist off thinking client has a credit when its actually an insurance credit/overpayment.

  11. Add field for Remaining Out of Pocket Max

    Under a client's Bill To & Insurance information, allow me to notate the remaining amount for the client's Out of Pocket Max, similar to how I can notate the remaining Deductible.

  15. Add CC function for secure messages

    Allow me to CC members of a client's contact network when sending a secure message. We see minors and when communicating with the client I need to include their parent(s) or guardian(s).

  16. Add default permission for after hours override

  17. Label contact info in client details

    I work w/ a lot of kids and it'd be helpful to be able to clarify in the contact info, which numbers are the kids', which numbers are their parents', etc.

  18. Mobile friendly intake

    Intake forms should be mobile-friendly, meaning clients should be able to successfully complete them from their cellular devices. Several clients have mentioned that they cannot successfully save and submit intake forms when completing them on their cell phones.

  19. Delete invoices in batch

    In Batch Invoicing when Processing Existing Invoices, allow me to select multiple invoices and delete them so I don't have to go into each client's ledger separately.

  20. Filter by date of service when processing existing invoices

    I use the “Process Existing Invoices” feature to add a bulk amount of invoices to Claims Awaiting Submission and this feature doesn’t have same level of filtering available as the claims view. I think being able to filter by date of service would be a super helpful filtering option because it would group together all of those invoices that were canceled, rescheduled, etc.
