Display service type description in Payroll by Rendering Provider report
When running the Payroll report, allow me to view the description of the service type.

I need to be able to see the Service Type associated associated with each transaction when I run the Payroll by Rendering Provider Report. This will help us run our groups through TheraNest and significantly save time in our payroll process. We would be able to run more clients through TheraNest if we can see the unique service types associated with each transaction.

Yes, I need to be able to filter by service type (CPT code is fine) so that I can pay out group co-leaders who are contract (not on staff).

Payroll report only lists the CPT code, not the description. Any appointment without a CPT code shows no description, so no info as to what it was without digging deeper.
