Send secure message alert to client's secondary email address
It would be great if the email sent to clients alerting of a secure message could be sent to both the primary and secondary email addresses on file in TheraNest. This would be especially helpful for minor clients with divorced parents.

It would be nice if clients would get a notification of an inbox message sent by the provider. Currently if I send a message they are not being notified to log in to their client portal to check messages

I agree with the comments. Especially for parents with legal involvement, sometimes it is required to send all communications to both parents and it is frustrating that only one email can be used at a time on Theranest.

When a client sends a message thru Theranest some sort of notification to our personal email
