Download intake paperwork directly to Clinical Docs
Currently, all of the intake paperwork completed in the patient portal is downloaded into General Docs. Since this paperwork frequently contains HIPAA protected information, it would be better if could immediately be placed in the Clinical Docs so only the assigned therapist can see it.

Remove reply-to email when sending invoices and statements
Remove my email address as the sender when I email a superbill or statement to the client. The sending email is a "do-not-reply", but it lists my name and email address as the "reply-to" email so clients reply to me.

Require diagnosis on Initial Assessment
If the diagnosis is not entered into the "Initals assessment & diagnostic codes" tab, clinicians can still write and sign their notes, however, a barrier/alert populates when we try to bill. This leads to having to remove signatures and sending requests to the clinicians to enter the diagnosis. Can an alert populate that forces a diagnosis to be entered before moving forward with documentation?

Greater distinction for canceled appointments
When viewing the calendar, it's hard to distinguish between the cancelled appointments and other appointments because they appear in the same bright color. Have a way for the cancelled appointments to still be shown on the calendar, but with a greater distinction between the kept and scheduled appointments.
