This would be extremely helpful to set a place of service within the client details, similar to the default CPT codes. It would save me so much time when billing and limit my need to fix claims when I forget to change this on the invoices.

Default POS for the entire office is great, except that now we have some clients are in office and some are telehealth. Within telehealth, we required to specify between 02 and 10. Therapists are having a hard time to remember to change it with each client notes.

Can you please have field to enter the billing place of service for each client, rather than for the whole organization, this way it appears on the in the notes and on the invoice accurately automatically (without having to change it in the notes). This will make billing much faster.

In this age of telehealth, different insurance companies are asking for different place of service codes. For example, Regence moved from the 02 Telehealth place of service code to the 11 Office place of service code. I'm finding it hard to remember to change to the Office place of service code for my Regence telehealth clients since the Theranest default is the 02 place of service code for all telehealth sessions. This means I've ended up having to re-bill quite a few Regence clients when I forget to change the place of service code. I would love to be able to specify which place of service code is correct for each client so I don't keep making that mistake. Thanks for all you do!
