    In California, Carelon (MediCal) as added a need to provide rendering provider name in box 19 on the CMS1500. Can you add Box 19 to Editable Field in Bill To and Insurance section of client charts?

    Yes, it would be extremely helpful if I could add a claim note per some of my payer requirements for resubmissions or when medical documentation was requested to their portal and they require a confirmation # on Claim line 19

    We have a need to be able to populate Box 19 on the CMS 1500 form . Could a field be added on the clients Insurance screen that would pull into their claim?
    We only need this for certain clients, and as of now we cannot submit though ThereNest
