Add appointment status to statement-level superbills
Allow me to include the appointment status when creating superbill-level details on a printed statement. We charge our clients if they cancel late or no-show. We also provide them with monthly superbills to submit to insurance and it could look like they attended an appointment when really they didn't. Having the appointment status would reduce the risk of potential insurance fraud.

Void & Refund Reporting
We need a way to be able to track voids and refunds - especially when voids end up processing as refunds (as happened to us recently). If they could show on the Credit Card Charges report, that would be great; if not, a separate stand-alone report would work.

Display all options in Mental Status fields
When completing the Mental Status fields of a progress note, display all the choices available for the field instead of just the first 20. I prefer to pick from a list rather than try and remember what might not be displayed.

View client's statement history
Once statements are generated, there is no way to access them to reprint or see what was included on the statement. It would be helpful to have a record of past statements that were generated to access again at a later date, similar to what bank or credit card statements allow you to do.

Color-Coded Client Intake System for Efficient Paperwork Tracking

It would be helpful if a new clients name was in red signaling that their intake paperwork had not been completed and then when those are emailed back into the system, the name changes to white. That way you can quickly scan the calendar looking for names that pop out so you know they are not completed yet. It is time consuming to have to keep looking up each individual client and opening their details to get that info

"Applied to Deductible"
Under submitted claims status it would be nice to have an option to chose "Applied to Deductible" to make it more clear from the ledger what actually took place with a claim that was not rejected or actually paid by the insurance company but was applied to the patient's deductible.

Automatically generate a progress note for kept appointments.
When an appointment is completed (kept, cancelled, or rescheduled) on the calendar, have an option to have the note automatically generate so that you don't have to constantly click "create progress note". Basically tie the note to the appointment. I've used other EHR's that do this automatically and it was helpful.
Also if it could display notes/assessments to be completed without having to run a report (like a daily to-do list) that would be helpful.

List resources for referring clients to other professionals
I often refer clients to other professionals for added services. I would like a designated place for me to add the contact information of these professionals for easy accessibility. This would be a general list not necessarily linked to a particular client.

View deactivated staff name under assigned staff in client list
We would like the ability to see who the client saw, even when the staff has been deactivated. For example: if a client decides to return, we can't tell from the archived client list which staff previously saw the client.
