  1. Indicate preferred contact method in prospective clients list

    When adding a client to the prospective clients list, allow me to indicate how the client prefers to be contacted (i.e., home phone, cell, email) so that when I'm looking at the list I can quickly see how I should reach out to them.

  8. Zero out existing invoices in batch invoicing

    Allow me to edit the invoice amount in the Process Existing Invoices tab under Batch Invoicing so I don't have to go back to the client's ledger to adjust it.

  9. Update services from ERA adjustment

  14. One line item on invoices for similar services

    If I create an invoice that includes similar services, bundle them onto one line item and display the quantity with the total amount. For example, if the invoice includes two billable phone consults, include both on the same line with the quantity (2) and the total billed amount.
