View client's statement history
Once statements are generated, there is no way to access them to reprint or see what was included on the statement. It would be helpful to have a record of past statements that were generated to access again at a later date, similar to what bank or credit card statements allow you to do.

This is an urgent change needed item, imo

In order to be compliant with Collection Notices and Bad Debt regulations, the statements need to be overhauled.
We are required to document when a statement was sent, method it was sent, amount, and dunning messages. (Submitting a separate request for Dunning Messages to be added). In order for accounts to be sent to Bad Debt, we have to demonstrate two things:
- number of notices (statements) sent
- timeFor example, we are required to have sent 3 statements and balance must be aged at least 120 days from service date to become eligible for sending to a Bad Debt agency.
We use an internally-developed log within TheraNest to track statement activity but the drawbacks include:
- manual process prone to human error
- no standardized Dunning Messages based on statement number within the cycle; requires custom invoice footnotes for each
- incredibly time-consuming.This is a standard function of EHR/PM software that is really lacking on TheraNest and make practice management much more tedious.

I agree. I find that having an emailed copy of the statement sent to myself is not an efficient way to keep track of when the last statement was sent. I'd like to see a record of send statements available.

Absolutely! For individual clients, not just in the Activities log - sorting through thousands of activities to find when one of our 350+ clients was last sent a statement is not feasible.

100% agree.

I agree. I would like a list that tracks when I've emailed or printed any statement, invoice, or superbill. Then I could easily keep up with when I last billed each client. Having a list searchable by date or name would be fantastic!

I agree, and it would be nice to have a list that tracks invoices/statements emailed and/or printed--so you can go back and see when you emailed or printed a statement/invoice/superbill.

Yes, yes yes! This absolutely is a must! If you give a client a statement and they misplace it you have to create a whole new statement to give to them, and it could be different from the last statement you gave them. The major issue is not remembering the time frames the statement included!
