    When I schedule an appointment for a client I want them to receive a text message rather than an email notifying them that the appointment has been created.

    When a client makes a change on their client portal, the activity log entries default to the male pronouns. Have the pronouns default to the pronouns the client identifies with.

  20. Keep Signature History in Progress Notes

    I sometimes have to unsign progress notes in order to change the service location for secondary claims or re-submitting claims. When our therapists re-sign the notes it appears that they signed the note days, weeks, or even months after the appointment which causes them concerns about liability or audit issues. Why doesn't the note capture all signature activity history? Seems to me that when a note is unsigned a comment should be available to add to the date of unsigning and captured for the note history as well as the re-signing date.
