Don't retroactively apply updated credentials
If I update a user's credentials, don't retroactively apply those updated credentials to already signed/completed documentation.

This retro changing of credentials creates another licensing problem.

When you update a clinicians credentials it retros all of their former notes. So when a clincian passes their exams and needs to update their licensure it will mess up all of their prior documention. Please add a feature that allows us to change a clinicians credentials without retroactively doing so on all of their forms.
