Make it easier to add a referral source to a client without navigating away
Make it easier to add a referral source to the client's chart so that I don't have to navigate away from the client's chart to add it.

If I have a new referral source, I have to go in and create them as a referral source then go back to the client's info to add it. Just let me free text the referral source.

It would be nice to be able to enter a referral source while I am filling out the new client details rather than have to close that screen, enter a new referral, and then come back to my new clients screen and find the recently inputted referral in the drop down list.
