Report on clients with no diagnosis codes
Allow me to run a report that will display clients who don't have a diagnosis code.

It would be helpful if there was a way to run a report to pull in if any given client is missing a diagnosis code.
I understand there is a missing progress notes report in that most insurance requires that appt's must have a a diagnosis code in the note. It would be helpful for our Clinical Director to pull in specifically diagnosis codes, in case it was missed by a therapist. -

Would love this feature! It would help a lot. It takes quite a bit of time and effort to go and manually look through each case to see if there are no diagnosis codes. It would also be nice if in addition to the no diagnosis report you could run a complete report of what diagnosis codes each client has.
